Governance
The Governing Body is made up of volunteers who meet at least twice per term. The main roles are to:-
• Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
• Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient performance management of staff; and
• Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent.
Governors work together to provide an independent oversight, with the aim of improving the quality of the education provided at Fordham All Saints, raising standards and making decisions in the best interests of the School's pupils, staff and wider community.
Governors help shape the aims and aspirations of the school, bringing a wider range of perspectives to all issues. Their main objective is to set the strategic direction of the school whilst leaving the day to day running of the school to the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
